1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the jilioo registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, or by accessing and using the jilioo platform in any way after these Terms are published, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your own jurisdiction;
• You are accessing jilioo from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful, and that you bear full responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your location.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to jilioo is restricted to Players who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform. This age requirement is set by PAGCOR and applies to all online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing jilioo from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful. jilioo does not accept Players from Restricted Jurisdictions.
• Identity: You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as Players.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) active jilioo account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order or voluntary or mandatory exclusion imposed by jilioo or any gaming regulatory authority.

4. Account Registration & Management

To access jilioo's games and financial features, you must register an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address;
• Keep your account information up to date. Outdated or inaccurate information may result in failed withdrawals or account suspension;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and one-time passcodes. jilioo will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or SMS;
• Immediately notify jilioo's support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not permit any other person to access your account, regardless of their relationship to you.

jilioo reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity at any stage, including during the withdrawal process. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or GSIS ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on jilioo are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The following terms apply:

5.1 Deposits. jilioo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–24 hours depending on the sending institution's processing times.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. jilioo targets withdrawal processing times of 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 1–24 hours for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. jilioo does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure outside jilioo's control.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts and per-transaction maximum limits are published in the jilioo Cashier section. These limits are subject to change with notice to Players.

5.4 Currency and Fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP for e-wallet and bank transactions. jilioo does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which jilioo accepts no responsibility.

5.5 Funds Integrity. All funds deposited with jilioo must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment account, is prohibited and may constitute a violation of anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

jilioo may from time to time offer Bonuses to Players. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same Bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Applicable contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: jilioo reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus where evidence of Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. Determination of Bonus abuse is at jilioo's reasonable discretion.
• Availability: Bonuses are offered at jilioo's discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without advance notice.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation. All jilioo games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and not influenced by jilioo, the game provider, or any third party.

7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments. The results of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG certification.

7.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jilioo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the Player's wallet. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

7.4 Disputed Rounds. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to jilioo support within 72 hours of the disputed event. jilioo will investigate using server-side game logs. The outcome of jilioo's investigation is final.

7.5 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game interface. jilioo reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilioo and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Attempting to defraud jilioo or other Players through any means, including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping, or use of automated betting software;
• Using any technical exploit, software vulnerability, or system error to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized use of another person's account;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international law;
• Accessing jilioo from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Facilitating or permitting access to your jilioo account by any person under 21 years of age;
• Abusing jilioo's customer support team or engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward jilioo staff.

jilioo reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether prohibited conduct has occurred. Players who dispute a jilioo decision may escalate the matter through jilioo's formal complaints process.

9. Responsible Gaming

jilioo is committed to the promotion of safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that prompt a break after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily self-exclude from jilioo for periods of 6 months, 12 months, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications can be configured to remind Players of the time spent playing and the net amount won or lost during the session.

jilioo maintains a strict 21+ access policy in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is conducted on all accounts, and any account found to be associated with an underage player will be immediately suspended.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilioo, its operators, directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jilioo platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

10.2 jilioo provides the platform and all games on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.3 jilioo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their devices.

10.4 In all cases where jilioo is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the maximum aggregate liability of jilioo to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

jilioo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a requested timeframe;
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player or their payment provider;
• Discovery that the account is held or operated by an underage individual;
• Receipt of a request or order from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jilioo will endeavour to complete its investigation within 14 business days. Where an account is permanently closed following confirmed misconduct, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds may be returned at jilioo's discretion after completing all required investigations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jilioo account may do so by contacting the support team at any time. Voluntary account closures are processed within 3 business days. Players with active balances should withdraw funds before requesting closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of jilioo, or any game outcome, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jilioo's customer support team. The majority of account and game disputes are resolved within 5 business days through this channel.

12.3 Formal Complaints. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, Players may escalate a formal written complaint to jilioo's compliance team. jilioo will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

12.4 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms, the Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jilioo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendments may include — but are not limited to — changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to platform features or financial services, and operational or risk management requirements.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — jilioo will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.

Non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
